In accordance with the provisions of Article 19(4) of the Political Constitution of the Republic of Chile and the pertinent norms of Law No. 19.628 on the protection of private life and its subsequent modifications, the processing of personal data carried out by Unumbio is governed by the following rules.

To protect the Unumbio account, you agree to keep the password confidential. You are responsible for the activity that occurs on or through your Unumbio account. It will help if you try not to reuse its Unumbio password in other third-party applications.

Intranet use

You are responsible for the proper use of the website and the respect of the Databases' copyrights. By registering, you agree not to disclose, disseminate or traffic the information to third parties who are not Unumbio users.

The use of your account is for your personal and exclusive use. That account is personal and non-transferable.

Commercializing Unumbio's Databases or external diffusion to Unumbio's Databases is fraudulent use.

Misuse of the service and the website.

User content standards within the service and the website. You may not post any content on the service or website that:

• violates any applicable law, the intellectual property rights of any third party, or the right of privacy, data protection, or publicity of any person;

• is misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, obscene, pornographic (including child pornography, which, upon becoming aware of, we will remove and report to law enforcement, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children), defamatory, libelous, slanderous, or threatening, constitutes hate speech, stalking or harassment;

In addition to any other remedies that may be available to Unumbio, Unumibio reserves the right to take such corrective action as it deems necessary, including immediate deletion or termination of your account or your access to the service or website, with prior notice and without liability to Unumbio if you fail to comply with the rules in these Terms of Use or if, in its sole discretion, such action is necessary to avoid disruption of the service or website for other users.

Links to other websites.

This website may include links to other Internet sites beyond the control of Unumbio. Unumbio is not responsible for any such sites' content, makes no representations regarding any such sites, and does not necessarily endorse or approve the information, material, products, or services contained on or accessible through any such sites. You acknowledge and agree that your linking to other sites, using such sites, and using any information, material, products, and services offered by such sites are solely at your own risk.

Any difficulty or controversy that may arise between users and Unumbio regarding the application, interpretation, duration, validity, or execution of this service or any other reason shall be submitted to arbitration, in accordance with the Arbitration Procedural Rules of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Santiago, Chile, in force at the time of requesting it.
